Mattel offers a mail-back program through its partner, Reverse Logistics Group Americas, Inc. (RLGA), which allows Mattel’s customers to return certain Mattel electronic products for recycling free of charge. Access the mail-back program here and follow the instructions to obtain a free shipping label. Upon receipt of the shipping label, simply pack your product, affix the label to the package and send your covered electronic device for responsible recycling.

Maryland

Mattel offers a mail-back program through its partner, Reverse Logistics Group Americas, Inc. (RLGA), which allows Mattel’s customers to return certain Mattel products for recycling free of charge. Access the mail-back program here and follow the instructions to obtain a free shipping label. Upon receipt of the shipping label, simply pack your product, affix the label to the package and send your covered electronic device for responsible recycling. If you require packaging, it will be supplied, upon request, free of charge to Maryland consumers.

New York

In New York State, Mattel is a member of the RLGA Collective Electronic Waste Acceptance Program registered with the State Department of Environmental Conservation and in compliance with the New York State Electronic Equipment Recycling and Reuse Act. This program provides convenient methods for consumers of Covered Electronic Equipment to return their products at end of life for environmentally sound recycling. In Pennsylvania, Mattel is a member of the RLGA Group Plan registered with the State Department of Environmental Protection and in compliance with the Pennsylvania Covered Device Recycling Act. This program provides convenient methods for consumers of Covered Devices to return their products at end of life for environmentally sound recycling. Learn more about this program here.
